Shameika is the entire reason I stopped going to Kays and started buying from Zales. Kay's had a rep who wouldnt help me unless I was dressed up. Shameika at Zales helped me right away, no matter what I was wearing. Her customer service is ALWAYS welcoming, helpful and warm. She is truly an asset to this store and this company. If she wasn't in this store, my money wouldn't be either. I can't speak highly enough of her. That's Shameika at the Lake Charles, LA Zales in Simon Mall.

Derick was really sweet and so helpful. I always shop at Zales for any jewelry needs and it’s always a great experience. Last Sunday (7/26/26) my fiancé and I went to a nearby jewelry store to look for a pearl necklace. The salesperson was rude and I ended up leaving crying. I showed up to zales still crying but Derick saw and took care of the situation. He was extremely friendly and even helped me pick out the perfect pearl necklace to go along with my wedding dress. He educated me on how to take care of the necklace as well. I will continue to come to Zales because they have amazing customer service and their prices are actually really great. And they also truly do care for their customers. Thanks again to Derick for helping me pick out my jewelry for my wedding!! I will definitely ask for him every time I shop there from now on!!
